MIPILLC, is a husband and wife, Christian-based full-service real estate solutions company. We buy and sell properties throughout the state of Florida and abroad. MIPI specializes in buying distressed properties at a significant discount and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords.

Founded in 2020 by Robin and Tawanna Tyler, we are excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Florida neighborhoods.

MIPI will network with other investors to re-develop many single-family and multi-family properties throughout the state; revitalize communities and encourage affordable homeownership for others. We hope to rejuvenate neighborhoods and increase the standard of living by improving the overall quality of housing.

At MIPI, our goal is to not only have a positive effect on our team members and clients – but to educate, motivate, and create lasting change in everyone we encounter. OUR STORY 

Robin E. Tyler, born in Roanoke VA, was a kid with ambition and good with my hands. They called me Mr. Fixit. Growing up working with local contractors and my uncle, I developed the knowledge and skills as a handyman. There was nothing I could not fix. In 1977, I joined the military to challenge myself. Traveling around the world opened my eyes to what the world had to offer, which was unlimited opportunities. When I retired in 2002, I went into real estate as an investor and contractor. I bought my first fixer-upper in Washington DC. I took a three-story Victorian and converted it into two units. I then became a real estate appraiser and broker and built a company of over 20 people. Built a real estate portfolio of over 12 investment properties. In 2007, the real-estate market crashed. Like many others, I lost everything. However, I did not lose my mind. My past prepared me for my comeback. Determined to succeed and rebuild. In 2015, I moved from White Plains MD to Florida. I was on a mission to retire and live the American Dream and Financial Freedom. 
 
Tawanna V. Leven, born in Tallahassee, FL. Born the sixth child of eight to my mother a stay-at-home mom and my father was a retired army and construction worker. I was a child that was very shy, observant, and introverted. I too was good with my hands, creating things such as clothing, wall arts, paintings, curtains, color coordination, and staging plays if I could stay behind the scenes. At age 17, I coordinated my first wedding and was also the seamstress making gowns for the entire bridal parties.  My talents in directing weddings and my taste in interior design were the beginning of a journey that lasted for over 20 years. In 1999-2001, I took a different avenue, I started my own business as a business consultant in which half of that time was spent in Stone Mountain, GA. However, all together, for 36 years I spent the bulk of my career in state government. In 2017, I decided to call it quits and retired.

However, marriage was an unforeseen plan and was not part of my retirement. I met Mr. Tyler at my place of work in 2017 and on May 8, 2017, we got married. With our combined talents and imaginations something great was formed. We became the proud owners and founders of MIPI, LLC (Making It Possible Investments). We will always remember that God’s plan has a greater purpose.
